What is AMD?
The organization was commenced
in the United States in 1930
This is an invitational organization which
requires all members to be Royal Arch
Masons and be active in their local York Rite
programs. The primary aims of the Grand
Council A.M.D. are to:
A. Encourage research in Masonic
subjects.
B. Bind together and support local
York Rite bodies.
Councils are limited to 27 members. The
Officers of a Council are as follows:
Sovereign Master
Senior Warden
Junior Warden
Secretary/treasurer
Junior Deacon
Chaplain
Tiler
